Every order moves through six visible stages with timestamps, expected windows and plain-language updates. Stage 03 is the one nobody else does: a photo of your actual unit, serial number visible, before it leaves the factory.
One landed price
DDP on everything: product, freight, duties, tariffs, brokerage — one number, guaranteed in writing at checkout. If we misjudge the tariff, that's our problem.
Deposit, not blind prepay
Orders over $5k can be placed with a 30% deposit — the balance is due only after you've seen the QC photos of your unit. Escrow available on request.
Institutional rails
PO number field at checkout, net-30 for qualified institutions, wire, ACH and card. Your accounts-payable team will not have to improvise.
US warranty & RMA
12 months, handled from San Francisco. DOA units are replaced from the next batch. You never ship anything back to Shenzhen yourself.
Compliance, published
FCC authorization status, HTS treatment and importer-of-record terms on every relevant product page. We do the regulatory homework and show it.
Engineers, not agents
The person answering has commissioned the same arm, flashed the same firmware and bricked the same board once so you don't have to.
Three reasons: landed cost (we quote one DDP price — no surprise duty bill at delivery), verification (QC photos of your serial number before shipping, authorized-channel provenance), and recourse (12-month warranty with RMA handled in San Francisco, and a US entity on the invoice your procurement team can actually work with).
We don't warehouse every SKU. Sourced-to-order items are placed with the manufacturer when you order — the listed lead time includes factory slot, QC, freight and customs. Your order page shows each stage as it happens.
They're already in the price. We sell DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we act as importer of record, file entry, and pay all duties and tariffs. The number on the product page is the number on your invoice.
Yes. We accept institutional purchase orders, net-30 terms for qualified institutions, wire, ACH and card. Large orders can be structured as 30% deposit / 70% on delivery confirmation.
Models with FCC equipment authorizations dated before July 28, 2026 — including the Go2 and G1 we sell — remain legal to import, market and sell. We publish authorization status on every mobile-robot product page and archive FCC IDs and hardware revisions per unit. Stationary arms, grippers, sensors and components are outside the rule entirely.
DOA units are replaced, not debated: we ship a replacement from the next batch (or SF stock where held) and handle the return leg. Every order includes 1-on-1 engineer support — a real person who has commissioned the same hardware.
